All items sold by Maria's Cool Stuff Import & Export LLC online require special handling a specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of the items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affect your order we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

The shipping cost is determined by the carton size, weight and the shipping location.

We try to pack all orders into the least number of cartons to reduce costs and endeavor to use the maximum weight allowed per carton when packing, allowing of course for safe transit of your goods.

For all large item deliveries, an adult signature is required at the time of delivery. If an adult isn't home at the time of delivery, the product will be taken away by the carrier and you'll need to reschedule your deliver.

You can track the item by Shipment Information online. You may reuse the box your items arrived in if it's still in good condition.We have cultivated strategic relation-ship with shipping companies with excellent track records.

Custom Duties & Taxes.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Maria's Cool Stuff has no control over these charges, nor can Maria's Cool Stuff predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

International clients there may be additional costs and shipping times due to the cross- border nature of the transaction.

Shipments to Forwarding Companies:

Maria's Cool Stuff Import & Export LLC is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occur to goods delivered to a forwarding company. We recommended requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damage after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
